Perhaps the highlight of the book is the information that the author provides about provisioning which is quite helpful. Perhaps, as there aren't a lot of books that provide good background for cruising in this area. The book has some good tips about spending the winter in the Bahamas but it's a bit thin in both bulk and content. Should you buy this book.
